Excellent product. Exactly what I wanted.
The idea is very good but the outside surface is too smooth and grip is not always easy on opening. I would have preferred to take the pen out with the cap complete.

For removing the pen, you can try turning it around so the cap faces upward. This should make it easier to take the pen out with the cap still on, depending on the pen model.
It's unfortunate that these, from our perspective, relatively minor concerns resulted in a 1-star review instead of something in between, especially since you seem to appreciate the product otherwise. We’d love to hear more of your thoughts and see if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience.

I recently purchased the pen and needle case and it is much better than using the cloth cases provided with the pens. I may purchase a second one and personalised it to say what type of insulin it carries.
I was wondering whether the designers have considered the sharps bin as an attachment to the bottom of the pen case and also something at the top of the needle holder, that slides open, you place the new needle into it and it holds it while you screw the insulin pen into it so the needle is attached to the pen, which could help people who have a hard time using their hands to screw the needle to the pen.
Just my thoughts for the future. But either way, I think this product is great!
Secure case for carrying a pen and needle. Useful for any journey, for short or long trips.
Really nice cases. My only minor gripe is that I opted for the cases to be personalised and the names are quite faint....I would have preferred for the names to stand out more.

It is bigger than I expected. I have to take my pen lid off to get it in the holder. But it does help having it in your handbag rather than having to search for the needles when your out
