Excellent, compact and keeps cold in the fridge. So good, I bought a second one.
Very handy,confortable, practis,and complete you can carry the pen of insuline and the needles,al toguether.
This is a clever way to hold your insulin and needles safely together. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is the part for the insulin pen is a very tight fit (brilliant so it won’t get lost) but there are no ridges to give you an extra bit of grip. The needle compartment is just as tight a fit but this does have ridges to give you a grip. Maybe something the designer needs to revisit? I’m pleased though to be able to carry my stuff in a safe and compact case.
This is a well made piece of diabetic kit. Hats off to who ever designed it

Received my cases and was a little disappointed with the quality also the case fits the Semglee and Trurapi pens but my NovoNordisk pens don’t fit with the cap on. Having said that it’s an excellent idea just needs refining
