Uncollected Parcels: If the customer does not receive the parcel directly from the mailer and fails to pick it up from the destination within the specified timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees once the parcel arrives at our headquarters. Additionally, the customer may incur an extra fee from DHL for returning the parcel to the sender.

Return

We provide Pre-Paid return labels. From the date of delivery, you have 100 days to return your item(s). Products should be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in their original boxes.

Non-EU Returns: If the return documents are incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the return being unable to be imported back to our headquarters in Germany, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return label and any shipping fees for returning the item to them.

Founded in 2021, DIAVY began as a mission to design a practical, stylish hard case for founder Laurids' father and brother, both with Type 1 diabetes. We involve our diabetes community directly in the product development.

I love my Diavy case, Keeps everything together and safe. One thing I would love to see is an AirTag mount as I have just stuck one to the outside but would love to see an official one colour matched to my case.
